Elsa's School Christmas Party

Elsa is in the very back. Since she one of the tallest in her class, she is always in the back row. Elsa did a great job singing all the words and doing the actions. Unfortunately, my camcorder was out of tape. I did have our camera that also takes video but it isn't very good quality. Oh, well.

Elsa and her kindergarten teacher. We love her teacher. She is so fun and kind to all the kids. Elsa drew her a special card with the two of them. Elsa is very thoughtful and sweet in this way.

This is Luke, Elsa's first crush. They are pretty coy around each other. They were excited to get a picture taken together. Elsa grins every time we look at these pictures.

Elsa had a sing-in program on Thursday and then her class party on Friday. The schools anticipated bad weather and school closings for Friday, so the teachers hurried through a lot of their activities on Thursday. Turns out the weather man was wrong (surprise, surprise) and nothing warranted school delays or closings for Friday. The party was pretty mellow and ended a lot earlier than scheduled. The kids played a few games, made an ornament and gave their presents to their teacher. Elsa loves her teacher and classmates. She is so social. It is always fun for me to get a glimpse of what goes on at school. I am glad it wasn't cancelled and that we could all share a little more holiday spirit.
