Brigham Young Summer House

Greta makes this funny face when she knows you're taking a picture of her. She puts her chin down and looks up with her eyes. She is a funny girl.
Greta loved sitting up to the counter on the open-backed bar stools. It made me nervous because she would wiggle back and forth on the stool. She felt so grown up.

We spent a morning touring Brigham Young's summer house located in St. George, UT. It was interesting to see some original artifacts and to see how he and others lived. The gardens outside were beautiful. This house was considered a mansion. It is a beautiful house with intricate details in the furniture, woodwork, porcelain dishes, etc. However, I'd want a bigger kitchen and bedrooms that were separate from each other. Oh, and a couple of bathrooms would be nice too! I explained to Elsa and Ava what the pots were sitting next to each of the beds. They thought it was pretty gross. We're spoiled by modern conveniences. Thank goodness!
