This is the first professional picture taken of just Brian and me since our wedding. Pathetic, I know.

Since it had been five years since all of my siblings and our families had been together, we had family pictures taken. They were scheduled to be outside, but the unseasonably cold snowstorms prevented this from happening. With all the travel and emotion of the previous day's events, Greta was exceptionally tired and screamed through most of the pictures. I still had swollen eyes from all the crying. But...it is what it is. My latest daily mantra.
