We went a few weekends ago to pick strawberries. All girls had so much fun. Greta sat in one place long enough to pull strawberries and eat them right off the vine. She loved eating them and made a huge mess. Elsa and Ava enjoyed picking, but didn't eat any. What is wrong with them that they don't like strawberries? Afterwards, the girls enjoyed the petting zoo, riding horses, and playing in the sandbox. The fun ended when another little girl took a large bucket of sand and dumped it over Greta's head. Sand was everywhere - in her ears, eyes, and thickly coating her head. She was a good sport, but made an expected fuss while I tried to get the sand out of her eyes. We left a little earlier than expected, but it had already been a long day. Just another busy day on the go, exploring.
