Do you know what it is? It isn't missing teeth (that would be hard to tell with her closed-mouth-smile). It is something else.

It isn't a new haircut (that would be hard to tell to with it being pulled back).

Hmmm...any guesses? She is so excited about it and has been anxiously waiting for a few years for this day to arrive.
